The quality of a beverage needs to be evaluated throughout the entire shelve life. For new product developments, we always focus on this consideration: 

  • Sensory and perception
  • Flavor stability
  • Turbidity stability
  • Biological stability
  • Stability of foam and dissolved gases 


Influencing factors of raw materials, processes, scales and packaging are examined/observed (taken into account) and the diverse possibilities from prototype to the finished product are evaluated.  We support you in this development process and facilitate access to laboratories and pilot kits.
At the same time, we always keep an eye on production costs in larger batches. Thus optimized processes and techniques are already considered during product development.
